The body has been evacuated and deposited at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital morgue in Gwagwalada. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.<\/p>\n<p>According to Yakubu Suleiman of the Environmental and Sanitation Department, the deep cuts on the victim suggest he was fatally assaulted. A police source also confirmed the discovery and said inquiries are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Gladys Habila, a nearby shop owner, said she found the body while opening her store and believes the man was stabbed by hoodlums. The incident drew the attention of early morning commuters gathered under the bridge.<\/p>\n<p>Segun Ajayi, a motorist in the area, noted that the victim appeared to be a commercial cyclist.
