We rejected every offer, both in Nigeria and abroad, because we believe in the principles of democracy,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>He described the ADC\u2019s involvement in reviving democratic values through the July 2 opposition coalition as a major turning point for the country.<\/p>\n<p>Nwosu also urged key institutions like INEC, the judiciary, and the National Assembly to stand firm in protecting democracy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach time democracy suffers, INEC goes down, the National Assembly goes down, and the value of Nigeria diminishes&#8230; I call on the judiciary, INEC, and every institution to stand up and be counted,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Omoniyi David Founder and pioneer National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ralph Nwosu, has revealed that the party rejected multi-billion naira offers meant to make it back out of the opposition coalition.
