This move signals a resolute commitment to restoring transparency and accountability within the housing allocation process.<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"citation-63\">Badaru Yakasai<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-63 citation-end-63\">, Assistant Director of Information and Customer Service at the FCT Land Administration, disclosed that the panel will investigate various infractions.<\/span> These include <b>deviation from approval mandates, improper verification of beneficiaries, late payments, poor documentation, and weak coordination<\/b> among relevant FCTA departments.<\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p><b><span class=\"citation-62\">Chijioke Nwankwoeze<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-62\">, Director of Land Administration, explained that FCT Minister <\/span><b><span class=\"citation-62\">Nyesom Wike<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-62 citation-end-62\"> personally approved the formation of this crucial vetting panel.<\/span> Additionally, Minister Wike has constituted another committee specifically tasked with the titling of designated park plots and managing allied land parcels, further streamlining land administration.<\/p>\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>Inaugurating both committees in Abuja, Nwankwoeze emphasized that they have been given &#8220;clear directives, mandates, and terms of reference&#8221; to ensure swift completion of their assignments.
