She said Abdulrahaman, who lives in Kado Bimko, visited Salisu\u2019s POS stand and gave him two account numbers, Opay (9039364361, Ma,awuya Mohammad) and PalmPay (8978145330, Auwal Shuibu) to transfer the money, promising to provide cash afterward.<\/p>\n<p>After the transfer, Abdulrahaman allegedly refused to pay and claimed he didn\u2019t know the account owners. Efforts to recover the funds failed.<\/p>\n<p>The offence contravenes Section 322 of the Penal Code.
