Nigeria\u2019s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has paid tribute to the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing him as a leader who served Nigeria with \u201cunwavering commitment, integrity, and a deep love for his people.\u201d<\/p>\n
In a heartfelt condolence message, Mrs Tinubu expressed sadness over Buhari\u2019s death in London after a long illness.<\/p>\n
She praised his legacy of courage, justice, and dedication to the nation.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur nation has lost a great leader who dedicated his life to the service of our beloved country.<\/p>\n
“President Buhari served Nigeria with unwavering commitment, integrity, and a deep love for his people,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The First Lady described Buhari as a principled man who believed strongly in justice, good governance, and the potential of every Nigerian.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was a man of immense courage, conviction, and a tireless advocate for justice and good governance,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Mrs Tinubu extended her condolences to Buhari\u2019s wife, Hajiya Aisha Buhari, and the entire family, assuring them that Nigerians share in their grief.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo his beloved wife, H.E. Hajiya Aisha Buhari, his children, grandchildren and the entire family, I extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences.<\/p>\n
“May you find solace in the outpouring of love and support from a grateful nation,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n
