The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has congratulated members of the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream One as they successfully conclude their one-year mandatory national service.<\/p>\n

In a farewell message, the NYSC leadership commended their dedication, resilience, and impactful contributions to community development across the country.<\/p>\n

In a statement issued by the Acting Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the Director General of NYSC lauded the Corps Members for their service and commitment to national progress.<\/p>\n

“I congratulate you, our 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream One Corps Members, on the successful completion of your mandatory service year,” the statement read.<\/p>\n

Embu emphasized that the service year was more than just a statutory duty, it was an opportunity to build meaningful experiences and contribute to national development.<\/p>\n

“I believe your time with the Scheme has created memories and skills that will shape your future and that of our beloved nation,” she added.<\/p>\n

The NYSC highlighted the significant impact Corps Members made in their various places of primary assignment, especially in rural and underserved areas.<\/p>\n

From education and healthcare to civic initiatives, the Scheme acknowledged that their sacrifices left lasting impressions.<\/p>\n

“I commend your selfless service to the communities where you served. I wish you success in your future careers, whether in the public or private sector,” Embu said, urging them to uphold the values of national service and unity.<\/p>\n

She also encouraged them to continue being ambassadors of the NYSC and Nigeria. “Own Nigeria; serve Nigeria. Go forth and be our worthy brand ambassadors,” she concluded.<\/p>\n

The passing-out ceremony marks a major milestone for Nigerian graduates, serving as both a celebration and a gateway to new opportunities, whether in employment, entrepreneurship, or further studies.<\/p>\n
