{"id":65592,"date":"2025-05-11T22:41:54","date_gmt":"2025-05-11T22:41:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/?p=65592"},"modified":"2025-05-11T22:41:54","modified_gmt":"2025-05-11T22:41:54","slug":"wike-rolls-out-citywide-projects-to-mark-tinubus-anniversary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/2025\/05\/11\/wike-rolls-out-citywide-projects-to-mark-tinubus-anniversary\/","title":{"rendered":"Wike Rolls Out Citywide Projects to Mark Tinubu\u2019s Anniversary\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By Adewunmi Oluwaseun\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Federal Capital Territory is set for a major facelift as the FCT Administration unveils a two-week project commissioning blitz to celebrate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu\u2019s second anniversary in office.<\/p>\n<p>FCT Minister, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, announced the schedule during a press briefing on Saturday, describing the upcoming events as a showcase of President Tinubu\u2019s commitment to rapid infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p>Among the major projects slated for inauguration are the Arterial Road N16 connecting Maitama and Katampe, the 16-kilometer service carriageway linking OSEX II to Wasa, and the fully renovated International Conference Centre in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese are not just projects, they are statements of leadership and transformation,\u201d Wike said. \u201cUnder Mr. President, Abuja has witnessed visible change.
