{"id":65132,"date":"2025-04-30T14:58:52","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T14:58:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/?p=65132"},"modified":"2025-04-30T14:58:52","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T14:58:52","slug":"tinubu-set-to-inaugurate-key-projects-in-first-kastina-visit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/2025\/04\/30\/tinubu-set-to-inaugurate-key-projects-in-first-kastina-visit\/","title":{"rendered":"Tinubu Set to Inaugurate Key Projects in First Kastina Visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By Patrick Idowu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>President Bola Tinubu will visit Katsina State on Friday for a one day working tour, marking his first official trip to the state since assuming office in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Bala Salisu Zango, the State Commissioner for Information, disclosed this during a press briefing on Wednesday in Katsina, stating that the President will commission two major projects delivered by the administration of Governor Dikko Radda.<\/p>\n<p>Top on the agenda is the commissioning of the newly completed Eastern Bypass, a strategic road stretching from Dutsinma through Kano and Daura roads to Yandaki in Kaita Local Government Area.<\/p>\n<p>Also scheduled for inauguration is the state-of-the-art Agricultural Mechanisation Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Salisu Zango described the visit as a milestone for the people of Katsina and a chance for the state to present its pressing issues, especially insecurity, directly to the President.<\/p>\n<p>He urged residents to come out in large numbers to give President Tinubu a warm welcome and to ensure orderliness during the visit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Patrick Idowu President Bola Tinubu will visit Katsina State on Friday for a one day working tour, marking his first official trip to the state since assuming office in 2023.
