We need urgent help.\u201d A frustrated hair stylist blamed illegal connections for the crisis, asking, \u201cHow long must we suffer?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Residents also struggle with extreme discomfort. New father Uchechukwu Uwalaka described sleepless nights as his newborn suffers in the heat: \u201cMy baby cries constantly\u2014no light means no fan. Authorities must act now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While AEDC claims the issue has been escalated, no repair timeline has been provided.
