Prince Fidelis Nnadi, hailed the initiative led by the Directorate of Road Traffic Services (DRTS) under Dr. Abdul-Lateef Bello, emphasizing its efficiency in tracking and penalizing offenders without physical interaction.<\/p>\n<p>He described the deployment of technology, which records infractions and issues electronic tickets in real-time, as a game changer in Nigeria\u2019s road traffic management.<\/p>\n<p>Nnadi expressed hope that the court ruling barring DRTS from impounding vehicles would soon be overturned, allowing for stricter enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>The NGO also lauded FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for supporting measures to enhance road safety and urged residents to embrace the e-ticketing system for safer roads in the capital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Ade Iyamoye A road safety advocacy group, Accident Prevention and Rescue Initiative (APRI), has commended the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), for adopting e-ticketing enforcement to curb traffic violations in Abuja.
