In just two years, numerous achievements have been recorded, with a strong focus on workers\u2019 welfare. The administration has prioritized regular payment of salaries and cleared the backlog of half salaries inherited from previous leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The governor also addressed the dire situation of pensioners upon taking office, revealing that many were in poor health and facing neglect. To remedy this, his administration began paying pensioners\u2019 entitlements on time and introduced the Imole Free Medical Care programme. Currently, around 27,000 pensioners benefit from the scheme, which allows them to receive treatment in other states and have the costs covered by Osun\u2019s government. All pensioners under the programme are provided medical cards, a move that the governor says ensures fair treatment for those who served the state.<\/p>\n<p>On the infrastructure front, the governor highlighted ongoing development projects across the state, including roads, bridges, hospitals, and schools. He encouraged the public to fact-check his claims, emphasizing the extensive work being done.<\/p>\n<p>The governor reflected on the challenges he has faced, noting that many initially underestimated him due to his dance-loving persona and unpretentious style. However, he assured that his administration has worked hard and tackled obstacles head-on.<\/p>\n<p>In a heartfelt acknowledgment, the governor expressed deep gratitude to his family, especially his brother, Dr. Deji Adeleke, who funded his election campaign.
