The directive, issued on Saturday, applies to all forms of building activity in these areas.<\/p>\n<p>Developers in the affected estates must report to the FHA Head Office at Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, starting February 3, 2025. They are required to present letters of allocation, approved building plans, payment receipts, and proof of ownership, including consent letters for any changes in ownership.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the FHA has introduced a three-month amnesty period, beginning February 3, 2025, for owners of unauthorized commercial developments to regularize their property documentation and obtain necessary approvals.<\/p>\n<p>The agency warned that developers who fail to comply will face strict sanctions.
