The Federal Housing Authority (FHA), has announced the schedule for opening bids for the Renewed Hope Housing Projects across 17 states.<\/p>\n
Over 2,000 tenders were submitted for the initiative, prompting measures to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety during the process.<\/p>\n
According to an FHA notice, bid openings will be conducted zone-by-zone starting December 30, 2024.<\/p>\n
The South-South zone will open first on December 30, followed by the North-West on December 31, South-East on January 2, 2025, North-East on January 3, North-Central on January 6, and South-West on January 7, 2025.<\/p>\n
Only Managing Directors of bidding companies or their representatives will be allowed entry, with mandatory clearance at the gate of the FHA headquarters.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese arrangements aim to manage the large number of bids received and prevent crowd-related incidents,\u201d the FHA stated, apologizing for any inconvenience caused.<\/p>\n
