Led by PETROAN President Billy Gillis-Harry, the negotiations secured a buyer-seller relationship, a monthly fuel allocation for PETROAN members, and favorable payment terms.<\/p>\n<p>Commending the refinery\u2019s Vice President and Managing Director, Devakumar Edwin, Gillis-Harry praised Dangote Refinery&#8217;s commitment to ensuring consistent fuel supply nationwide. \u201cThis partnership is a game-changer, guaranteeing product availability and affordability for Nigerians,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>In the wake of the agreement, PETROAN reassured Nigerians of its readiness to avert fuel scarcity. \u201cAll our retail outlets across the country are on green alert to serve the public efficiently,\u201d said National PRO Joseph Obele. The association dismissed panic-buying fears, cautioning against the unsafe storage of petroleum products at home.<\/p>\n<p>This collaboration comes as Dangote Refinery recently reduced petrol prices from \u20a6990 to \u20a6970 per litre, a move aimed at addressing concerns raised by independent marketers about competitive pricing.
