Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has granted approval for the appointment of six new district heads within Gwandu and Zuru Emirates.<\/p>\n
According to the statement, the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Garba Dutsinmari, emphasized that the appointments were made on the basis of merit. In Zuru Emirate, the newly appointed district heads include Usman Mohammed Dunga, who assumes the role of District Head of Kyabu in Danko Chiefdom, and Adamu Garba, appointed as the District Head of Ribah.<\/p>\n
Within Gwandu Emirate, the newly designated district heads are Sahabi Ibrahim-Mai-Alelu, who now holds the position of District Head of Dangamaji in Jega Local Government Area, and Nasir Muhammad Jega, appointed as District Head of the recently established Narawa (Baraden Nassarawa in Birnin Kebbi).<\/p>\n
The statement further announced the appointments of Alhaji Mahe Dikko-Zauro as the new District Head of Dikko Zauro, Alhaji Mohammed Kabiru Halima-D\/Galatians as the new district head of Zaria Kala-Kala in Koko Besse Local Government Area, and the creation of a new village head at Rugga Dikko village area in Sardauna Nassarawa District.<\/p>\n
