COP29 marks the 29th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).<\/p>\n
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres addressed political leaders, issuing a call to action to accelerate climate efforts.<\/p>\n
Guterres emphasized the urgent need to transform climate commitments into concrete measures to combat the global climate crisis.<\/p>\n
He underscored the importance of decisive action to strengthen climate targets and scale up the implementation of sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n
In a statement posted on social media, Guterres urged leaders, \u201cIt\u2019s time to deliver.\u201d<\/p>\n
