Mr. Mohammed Abba Isa emerges as a distinguished advocate for persons with disabilities, boasting over a decade of profound experience in both local and international advocacy on issues concerning this demographic.<\/p>\n
A graduate with honors in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri, Mr. Abba Isa furthered his academic pursuits, obtaining a Masters in Public Administration from the same institution in 2017.<\/p>\n
The President has charged the newly appointed aide with the proactive task of forging pathways for inclusion. This involves incorporating the requirements and perspectives of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) into the policies and programs of all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of the Federal Government. Additionally, Mr. Abba Isa will collaborate closely with sub-national authorities to establish a national consensus on PWD-friendly policies and environmental conditions. This collaborative effort will be in partnership with the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD).<\/p>\n
