Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has warned the team not to underestimate Libya ahead of Friday\u2019s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.<\/p>\n
Nigeria will host Libya at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo as they team up to maintain their unbeaten record in the group.<\/p>\n
The Super Eagles top Group D with four points and are the only team yet to concede a goal in the group, and a double header victory over Libya will see them move clear and edge closer to securing qualification.<\/p>\n
However, the Lazio star stated that the team will give their 100% against Libya.
\n\u201cOne thing I always say is you cannot overlook any team when it comes to football. It\u2019s 11v11.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you\u2019re not 100 percent going into the game, for sure your opponent is going to be 100%, so you always have to make sure you are switched on.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cFor the game, as long as we do what the coach wants from us, as long as all the players are on the same page and we give one hundred percent, then I feel like we should win both games.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd that should help us sit comfortably at the top of the table.\u201d<\/p>\n
