{"id":5072,"date":"2023-11-09T09:19:28","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T09:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/?p=5072"},"modified":"2023-11-09T09:20:14","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T09:20:14","slug":"governor-of-kastina-state-appoints-heads-of-anti-corruption-and-lg-service-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/2023\/11\/09\/governor-of-kastina-state-appoints-heads-of-anti-corruption-and-lg-service-commission\/","title":{"rendered":"Governor of Kastina State Appoints Heads of Anti-Corruption, LG Service Commission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Governor of Katsina State Dikko Radda has given his consent to the appointment of a new Executive Chairman for the State Anti-Corruption and\u00a0 Local Government Service Commissions.<\/p>\n<p>This is contained in a statement issued to newsmen in Katsina on Wednesday by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Malam Ibrahim Kaula.<\/p>\n<p>The News Agency of Nigeria recalls that the administration of Radda recently established the Katsina anti-corruption commission.<\/p>\n<p>The new appointees are; retired Justice Lawal Garba, the new head of the Katsina anti-corruption commission and Alhaji Usman Mamman-Maska is to head the local government service commission.<\/p>\n<div>\u201cAll the appointees are to resume with immediate effect. As for the Katsina State anti-corruption commission, seven new part-time members were also appointed.\u201d<\/div>\n<p>They are as follows; Malam Surajo Doro, Alhaji Abba Mato, Alhaji Kabir Aliyu-Maska, Alhaji Nafiu Kuringafa, Alhaji Bello Danmusa, Mr Usman Dalhatu and Dr Jamilu Abdussalam, who is the Executive Secretary of the commission.<\/p>\n<div>\u201cAnd then, seven new permanent members namely; Alhaji Abubakar Abdulkadir, Alhaji Abdul\u2019aziz Lawal-Danyari, and Alhaji Mansur Mumai, were appointed for the local government service commission.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cThe remaining permanent members include; Alhaji Shafi\u2019u Inono, Alhaji Sani Aliyu-Jarkuka, Alhaji Abdullahi Kutawa, and Alhaji Lawal Dalhatu.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cSimilarly, Radda, in felicitating the new appointees tasked them on exemplary service to the government and people of Katsina State,\u201d Kaula added.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>According to him, Radda also appealed to them to equally align their visions with his administration\u2019s \u2018Building Your Future Agenda\u2019 for Katsina people.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>NAN<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Governor of Katsina State Dikko Radda has given his consent to the appointment of a new Executive Chairman for the State Anti-Corruption and\u00a0 Local Government Service Commissions.
