BBNaija \u2018Level Up\u2019 winner, Phyna, is facing serious backlash after publicly supporting Wizkid in the middle of his ongoing feud with fellow Afrobeats star, Davido.
\nFor the past 24 hours, social media has been buzzing after Wizkid launched a series of scathing tweets aimed at Davido, calling him “wack” and untalented. The harsh words and insults have stirred up a storm of reactions online, although Davido has remained silent so far.
\nAdding fuel to the fire, Phyna jumped into the fray by tweeting a single word, \u201cPopsy,\u201d which is a popular nickname used by Wizkid\u2019s fans. The tweet, seen as her showing support for Wizkid, didn\u2019t sit well with many of her followers. Almost immediately, fans accused her of taking sides in what has now become a heated and sensitive issue in the music industry.
\nPhyna\u2019s tweet didn\u2019t go down well with Davido\u2019s supporters. Many took to social media to express their disappointment. \nEven within the BBNaija fanbase, reactions were mixed. Some supported Phyna’s right to have her opinion, while others felt she should have stayed neutral. One tweet read, \u201cYou should\u2019ve stayed out of this, Phyna. Not everything needs a public opinion, especially not this.\u201d
