During his visit, AbdulRazaq attributed the flooding to challenges surrounding a temporary bypass built as part of the Ilorin-Mokwa road dualization project by the Federal Ministry of Works. To address the issue, experts from the Federal Ministry of Works and the State Emergency Management Agency have been deployed to find immediate solutions and provide relief measures.<\/p>\n
The governor also emphasized the importance of observing setbacks to prevent similar incidents in the future. He noted that half of the affected buildings wouldn’t have been impacted if proper setbacks were observed.
