Grammy-nominated Afrobeats star Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, professionally known as Ayra Starr, has opened up about her experiences with love, revealing that she has never been in love.<\/p>\n
In a recent interview with Dazed Magazine, the \u201cRush\u201d singer shared that she has yet to experience romantic love and expressed a desire to do so.<\/p>\n
Despite being labeled a \u201clover girl\u201d and gracing the cover of the latest issue of the British magazine, Ayra Starr admitted that she has never been in a committed relationship.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to fall in love,\u201d Ayra Starr said. \u201cI wrote \u2018Lagos Love Story\u2019 imagining what love might be like if I were in it. I consider myself a lover girl deep down, but I\u2019m quite strong-headed about it. I\u2019ve never truly been in love. I\u2019ve had certain experiences \u2013 not situationships! \u2013 but I\u2019ve never been in a fully committed relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n
She continued, \u201cI\u2019ve put myself out there and tried to see what\u2019s possible, but I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve had the time. I\u2019ve been working since I was 15, juggling modeling, university, and now touring.\u201d<\/p>\n
