The Katsina State Governor, Mallam Dikko Radda, on Thursday, welcomed former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, and the Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, to Katsina on a solemn mission.<\/p>\n
The former president arrived at Umaru Yar\u2019adua International Airport to offer condolences following the passing of Hajiya Dada Musa Yar\u2019adua, mother of former President Umaru Musa Yar\u2019adua.<\/p>\n
Radda, accompanied by the grandson of the deceased, and former Minister of State for Defense, Murtala Yar\u2019adua, as well as former Chief of Protocol to President Obasanjo, Inuwa Baba, received the distinguished visitors at the airport.<\/p>\n
The delegation promptly proceeded to the Yar\u2019adua family residence.<\/p>\n
At the family home, Senator Abdulaziz Yar\u2019adua, representing Katsina Zone, welcomed the former president and the governor. They were joined by renowned business tycoon, Dahiru Mangal.<\/p>\n
Also, the former Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, and the Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, journeyed to Katsina to offer their condolences to the family.<\/p>\n
