Joe Ajaero, the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, has left the headquarters of the Intelligence Response Team in Abuja.<\/p>\n
Ajaero, in company of the Congress legal representative, Femi Falana, and senior Labour leaders, departed the Pascal Bafyau House, the headquarters of NLC in Abuja at few minutes to 10am on Thursday morning after writing his statement.<\/p>\n
He did not speak to journalists at the IRT headquarters.<\/p>\n
He, however, said he would address journalists at the NLC headquarters.
\nThe police had last week invited Ajaero to the IRT headquarters on August 20 by 10 am to answer questions on his alleged involvement in terrorism financing, cybercrime, subversion, criminal conspiracy, and treasonable felony.<\/p>\n
However, Ajaero,\u00a0 who could not make it, promised to honour the invitation today.<\/p>\n
Ajaero was accompanied by Femi Falana, SAN, Marshal Abubakar, Deji Adeyanju, and some senior officials of the NLC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
