Negotiations are underway between both clubs, with Napoli looking to sign the 27-year-old on loan with a permanent clause that would obligate them to activate next summer.<\/p>\n<p>Although Manchester United is open to the idea of parting ways with McTominay in the current transfer window, the \u20ac25 million offer falls short of their valuation.
