The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has reached a 95% digitization rate in its processes, particularly in digital literacy and development. This achievement was announced by the Director General during the launch of NITDA\u2019s 5th Service Charter at the agency’s headquarters in Abuja. The newly unveiled charter outlines NITDA’s core services, customer service standards, and communication channels with external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
As a key player in Nigeria\u2019s digital transformation, NITDA remains committed to advancing digital literacy and technology development nationwide. A recent survey revealed that the agency has already achieved a 95% digitization level. The Director General, represented by Oladejola Oni Kashifu Abdullahi, stated that the 5th Service Charter “was an attestation of the agency\u2019s unwavering commitment to excellence, transparency, and accountability.”<\/p>\n
NITDA is continually striving for improvement, aiming to position Nigeria as a global leader in the digital age. The new edition of the Service Charter includes updates to ensure the agency remains responsive to the ever-evolving nature of technology and continues to uphold the highest standards in service delivery.<\/p>\n
