I\u2019ve been with him. That\u2019s my dude. I saw the whole process of him. I saw his downtime. I chided him,\u201d Juvenile said. \u201cJust seeing the whole development of Wayne and where he\u2019s at right now, I just feel like he is the greatest rapper of all time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lil Wayne, who founded Young Money Records after departing from Cash Money, played a crucial role in launching the careers of hip-hop stars such as Nicki Minaj and Drake.
