This statement was made by Sen. Ned Nwoko, a member of the Senate Committee on NDDC, during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nwoko emphasized that the IOCs owe the NDDC substantial sums, totaling hundreds of billions of dollars.
