Rena Wakama\u2019s led-team recorded stunning victories against Australia and Canada.
\nThey outclassed Australia by a 13-point margin, 75-62, in their Group B opener on Monday, July 29.<\/p>\n
The victory against Australia was their first win at the games in 20 years.<\/p>\n
However, Nigeria lost to France 75-54 in the second group game, but rallied to beat Canada 79-70 on Sunday.
\nUSA won all their group matches, finishing top of the log.<\/p>\n
