Old Mutual Nigeria Life Assurance Company Limited\u00a0and\u00a0Old Mutual General Insurance Company Nigeria Limited\u00a0upon receipt of all necessary approvals from the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), have announced their rebrand and name change to\u00a0emPLE Life Assurance Limited<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0emPLE General Insurance Limited\u00a0<\/strong>respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

This transformation follows the completion of the acquisition of 100% of Old Mutual\u2019s equity in both businesses by emPLE Group.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
