The order was issued after Gambaryan\u2019s lawyer, Mr. Mordi, filed an application requesting the court to summon the medical doctor at the Kuje Correctional Centre\u2019s health facility. The doctor had allegedly refused to provide Gambaryan\u2019s medical report despite an earlier court order.<\/p>\n
Gambaryan\u2019s health has been a significant concern throughout the legal proceedings. On May 23, he collapsed in open court, citing severe health issues. The defense law firm, Aluko & Oyebode, subsequently raised alarms about Gambaryan\u2019s deteriorating health, warning on May 27 that he might die in Kuje prison without proper medical attention.<\/p>\n
