The suspended Enigie of Evbuobanosa and Egbaen Siluko Dukedoms, Prof Gregory Akenzua and Chief Edomwonyi Ogiegbaen, filed the suit challenging their suspension in 2023 for allegedly spearheading rebellion against the Oba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Edo State Government, represented by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Oluwole Osaze-Uzzi, and the Benin Traditional Council (BTC) are also parties in the suit.
