Dr. Saeedat Aliyu, the acting director of university relations, announced on Wednesday that blocking access to the portal is the initial course of action for punitive measures while the Student Disciplinary Committee conducts an inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Aliyu emphasized that the skits in question do not reflect the ethical standards and principles upheld by the majority of KWASU students and the institution itself.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;KWASU has zero tolerance for any form of indiscipline and takes pride in producing the complete graduate, both in character and in learning,&#8221; she stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to Aliyu, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Jimoh Shaykh-Luqman, issued the order to disable the affected student&#8217;s portal as a first-line punitive step while the Student Disciplinary Committee&#8217;s inquiry is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We would like to reaffirm that KWASU will not support any action that could compromise the values of decency that all religions uphold,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p>This incident underscores KWASU&#8217;s commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring that students adhere to the values of respect and decency.
