The Westbrook Hotel is reportedly owned by a former governor from a state in the South East.<\/p>\n<p>Eyewitnesses reported that rescue operations were underway, with emergency responders pulling out two people from the rubble and rushing them to the hospital. However, there is concern that more individuals may still be trapped inside the collapsed structure.
