Daniel Bwala, a former media aide to the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has slammed President Bola Tinubu for constituting a large government.<\/p>\n
He accused Tinubu of constituting the largest cabinet and bloated government in Nigeria\u2019s history.<\/p>\n
He pointed out that the president has failed to move the country forward despite his large government and influence of human rights advocates.<\/p>\n
Posting on X, Bwala said the country can\u2019t move forward when Tinubu is not working to unify the country.<\/p>\n
According to him, Tinubu\u2019s appointments are nepotism-based.<\/p>\n
He wrote: \u201cLargest cabinet since the inception of the Republic; Bloated government since the return of democracy; Largest media aids to the point of superimposition of roles; @officialABAT arguably influenced the media careers of 60 percent of journalists in the country, 40 percent of human right advocates and CSO founders; heck he even owns a TV house and a newspaper company; YET the optics aren\u2019t good and the narrative can\u2019t be changed.<\/p>\n
\u201cDo you know why? No leader can move a country that he is not consciously working towards unifying and to give everybody a sense of belonging. The nepotism is ultra high and pro max.”<\/p>\n
