This update aims to enhance the user experience by making event reminders more visually appealing and easier to identify.<\/p>\n<p>The information comes from WABetaInfo, which reports that this feature is currently in the beta version of WhatsApp, though it is still in its early stages of development. As such, even beta users won&#8217;t be able to access the feature at this time, despite having the latest version of the app.<\/p>\n<p>According to the preview provided by WABetaInfo, here&#8217;s how it works: if you are the administrator of a Community group, you will be able to set a cover photo for any event you organize. This feature is exclusive to admins, ensuring that only they can add or modify event covers. This will not only help members to be reminded of upcoming events more easily but will also provide a more engaging and organized visual experience.<\/p>\n<p>This new feature builds on WhatsApp&#8217;s ongoing efforts to improve its Community groups functionality.
