Investigating Revenue Inflows: Assessing the station\u2019s revenue from advertisements and other streams.<\/p>\n
Evaluating Sustainability Strategies: Examining the strategies used to reduce debt and save costs.<\/p>\n
Assessing Operational Status: Investigating the reasons behind the station being off the air for an extended period.<\/p>\n
Examining Management Issues: Investigating alleged insubordination and the failure to use part of the monthly overhead to reduce debt.<\/p>\n
Recommending Future Directions: Advising on whether the station should pursue full or partial commercialization for self-sustainability.<\/p>\n
