Super Eagles’ head coach, Jose Peseiro, expressed concern for Osimhen’s condition and disclosed that the player would soon undergo the MRI scan. Regardless of the scan’s results, Peseiro emphasized that they would not risk Osimhen by including him in the upcoming game.<\/p>\n

“We don’t have to play him again whatever the outcome of the scan,” Peseiro stated during an interview shared on social media by the Nigerian team.<\/p>\n
