During a visit by the First Lady of Niger State, Hajiya Fatima Muhammed Bago, at his palace in Bida, Abubakar emphasized that the success of AGILE\u2019s core objectives depends on the collective efforts of all stakeholders. The initiative aims to empower adolescent girls through education, enabling them to contribute to the state’s growth and development.<\/p>\n

Hajiya Fatima Muhammed Bago reaffirmed the state government\u2019s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower the girl child, aiming to increase school enrollment and reduce dropout rates. She highlighted the government’s readiness to back any project that promotes the education of girls.<\/p>\n

Hajiya Hadiza Asabe Muhammad, the State Commissioner of Basic and Secondary Education and Chairperson of the State Steering Committee on AGILE, provided an overview of the project’s goals. She reiterated the government’s dedication to promoting girl child education and inclusive education in Niger State.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Hajiya Maimuna Ibrahim Tahir, the State Coordinator of AGILE, represented by Deputy Coordinator Malam Salisu Danjuma, outlined the project’s provisions.
