Huawei, a global leader in digital power products and solutions, has introduced its range of smart solar products, FusionSolar, in Kano, Nigeria. The launch aims to provide sustainable energy solutions for industries, businesses, and residential homes in the region.<\/p>\n
During the product launch event, Ni Zhilin, Director of Huawei Digital Power Nigeria, emphasized the importance of renewable energy as a smart and sustainable choice for Nigeria. He highlighted the growing significance of solar energy worldwide and stressed the need for Nigerians to embrace solar solutions in light of increasing electricity tariffs and diesel prices.<\/p>\n
Mohammed Bello Umar, Chairman of the Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN), Bompai\/Jigawa Branch, underscored the impact of energy challenges on manufacturing in Nigeria. He highlighted the rising operational costs, supply chain disruptions, and reduced market competition resulting from energy shortages.<\/p>\n
To address these challenges, MAN has partnered with Huawei to deploy smart solar solutions. Oweh Mba-Sam, Acting Managing Director of Manufacturers Power Development Co. Ltd, expressed confidence in Huawei’s expertise and reliability in delivering cost-effective energy solutions. He cited Huawei’s status as the world’s largest exporter of PV inverters and battery storage systems as a key factor in the partnership.<\/p>\n
Jeremiah Ejiroghene Aminode, Solution Manager at Huawei Digital Power Nigeria, highlighted the benefits of Huawei’s smart solar products, including safety, reliability, ease of installation, and 24\/7 after-sales support. He emphasized Huawei’s track record of powering over 2.7 million homes worldwide with its smart solar solutions.<\/p>\n
Huawei’s smart inverters and batteries come with a warranty of 5-10 years and are suitable for both industrial\/commercial and residential use, with capacities ranging from 5KWh to 2MWh.<\/p>\n
