In a concerning development within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Abuja, the city’s renowned cleanliness is under threat due to rampant illegal dumping in residential areas. Despite ongoing efforts to maintain a clean environment, some individuals have chosen to flout regulations, resulting in the pollution of esteemed neighborhoods like Gwarinpa 3rd Avenue Estate.<\/p>\n

Abuja City Journal correspondent, Gbenga Adeniyi, captured compelling images showcasing the extent of the problem. These photographs, a stark reminder of the environmental degradation unfolding in the nation’s capital, underscore the urgency of addressing the issue.<\/p>\n
