Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to a legal document acquired by Legit.ng, the property in question is owned by Shrodder Nigeria Limited and is situated within the Cadastral Zone of the Maitama District.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reports indicate that the property faced its first challenge when the former Minister of the FCT, Mallam Muhammad Bello, issued an order for its sealing, accompanied by the deployment of police officers to secure the premises.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This action resulted in a legal case filed by JEPH C.
