The statement revealed that Ajayi was transported to the clinic after experiencing abdominal discomfort during a practical lesson, accompanied by her boyfriend who confirmed her pregnancy.<\/p>\n
Recognizing the severity of the case, the clinic swiftly referred Ajayi to a private hospital in town, utilizing one of the institution’s ambulances for transportation. Omowunmi, the institution’s Dean of Student Affairs, confirmed that Ajayi’s remains were transported home in the polytechnic ambulance.<\/p>\n
While expressing regret over the tragic incident, the institution emphasized that Ajayi’s death resulted from pregnancy-related issues, not clinic malpractice.
