This move comes as part of the corporation&#8217;s ongoing efforts to restructure its operations in response to financial and operational challenges.<\/p>\n<p>In a circular issued on Thursday, the LWC explained that the reduction in workforce was necessary due to persistent water scarcity in the state, despite significant investments in infrastructure projects. The corporation emphasized its struggle with financial sustainability, facing difficulties in generating sufficient revenue to meet its obligations.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to dismiss the employees is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and adapting to the evolving needs of the organization, according to the circular.
