Toro, told the court that the convict, on June 16, 2022, lured the victim to a river in Yelwa community and sodomised him.<\/p>\n<p>The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of Section 10 and is punishable under Section 11 of the Anti-Kidnapping, Theft of Cattle and Rape Special Provision Laws of Bauchi State B.S.L.N. No. 8 of 2007.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the offence also contravened the provisions of Section 13 of the Anti-Kidnapping, Theft of Cattle and Rape Special Provision Laws of Bauchi State B.S.L.N.
