They were said to have\u00a0 pointed a gun at him and whisked him along with his vehicle off to an unknown destination at about 9 pm.<\/p>\n<p>The kidnappers were said to have contacted his wife and asked for N30m as ransom for him to be released.<\/p>\n<p>Reports quotes an unnamed source as saying:\u00a0 \u201cYes, he was kidnapped last night at his residence in Rumuosi and taken away in his car by some unknown gunmen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>We are appealing to the kidnappers to release him immediately and unhurt. He is just a journalist doing his job and not a moneybag.
