Through this platform, Nigerians will have the opportunity to assess ministers based on key deliverables, including the administration&#8217;s 8-point agenda and other priority projects.<\/p>\n<p>The app, developed in consultation with diverse stakeholders, offers citizens real-time access to information on government projects, policies, and programs. It enables users to submit feedback, complaints, and assessments directly, promoting transparency and fostering a sense of shared responsibility among citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Key features of the app include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to detailed information on government priority projects and programs nationwide<\/li>\n<li>Submission of assessments, feedback, and observations by citizens<\/li>\n<li>Direct access for President Tinubu to citizens&#8217; feedback on ministerial deliverables through a dedicated dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moreover, the CDCU has developed a Delivery Reporting Framework and Template to accurately assess and report the performance of ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs). By adopting international best practices and utilizing globally recognized performance indicators, the CDCU is committed to tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the implementation of presidential priorities.<\/p>\n<p>The launch of the Citizens\u2019 Delivery Tracker App underscores the government&#8217;s dedication to effective governance and citizen engagement.
