Hadiza Bala-Usman, the President&#8217;s Special Adviser on Policy and Coordination, made this announcement during the official launch event of the CDT in Abuja on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>During her remarks, Bala-Usman mentioned that the platform would soon be available as a downloadable app within the coming months. The unveiling of the Citizens&#8217; Delivery Tracker marks the culmination of a months-long process initiated by President Tinubu during the Cabinet Retreat for ministers and heads of government agencies in November.<\/p>\n<p>Among the key focus areas outlined by President Tinubu are infrastructure and transportation improvement, education and health prioritization, social investment, diversification through industrialization and digitization, and governance enhancement for effective service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>In a previous interview in October, Bala-Usman emphasized the government&#8217;s commitment to public engagement, ensuring that Nigerians are actively involved in the ministerial assessment process. She mentioned plans to implement a software application that allows citizens to report on project-based deliverables committed by the federal government until 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Bala-Usman further explained that the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, along with relevant ministries and government agencies, collaborated to define specific deliverables for each sector.
