This decision comes as the company transitions to offering hybrid options across its entire North American lineup by 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Despite continuing to invest in electric vehicles (EVs), Ford has decided to delay the production of the three-row SUV at its Canada manufacturing plant. Originally scheduled for 2025, production is now set for 2027. Similarly, the next-generation pickup, internally known as &#8220;T3,&#8221; is being pushed back from late 2025 to 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Ford announced plans to delay or cancel $12 billion in spending on new electric vehicles due to shifting market conditions and challenges in profitability.
