His death occurred on Tuesday in Warri, Delta State, following an undisclosed illness. Dr. Victor Okhai, President of the DGN, confirmed this tragic news to Vanguard during a phone conversation.<\/p>\n<p>Vaughan was a prominent figure in the Nigerian film industry, contributing significantly to its development and mentoring emerging directors.
